hi there peeps, i am not sure if you could claim back mortgage set up fees as you agree to them and they do not change at the time of singing up?? Anyway, I actually come bearing more good news, Lloyds TSB paid my "goodwill refund" into my account yesterday as promised, there has been a fair bit of Lloyds bashing going on here but I have to say I am happier with their response to me than I am with RBS.  RBS here I come even more determined to fight the bigger fight now!
