I did have... fully sympathise with you. I'm now a discharged bankrupt and starting again with a clean slate. I had close to £50,000 debt, several CCJs, debt collectors like vultures waiting to pounce and, considering all the options, I made what I feel was the best decision and I don't regret it at all.
