I bought a 3 piece suite from AHF 4 years ago and took out a 5 year warranty covering accidental damage, wear and tear etc.

I contacted them to make a claim today (within the 5 year warranty period), and they have said the company I had the warranty with had 'sold on' our warranty. They then went into administration.

I now have to deal with a loss adjustor and write to them with a copy of my receipt.

Am I right in thinking I am now up the creek without a paddle; or could I end up getting my sofa fixed...?
