like i said i haven't had any legal advice yet the letter zenith sent me was saying that if i had no objections from me in 7 day's they will take the blame and repair the other car my car they don't repair because i am thrid party fire and theft, however the damage in my car is minor just a litle scratch on the bumper. i am going to get legal advice on monday and from the lawers/solicitor point of view i will make a decision.

this really is gutening, that you can get into a main road with out looking properly colide with another car that was in there first and not get blamed for it. arghhh we will see what will come out of here.
