    I would like to add that I beleive Abbey to have the most appalling customer service for ANY people.  Both my fella and I have been the victim of cloning - me once, him twice.  All accounts with abbey.  I have now been waiting 3 months for a new card (I have received 2 PIN's) and my fella has been waiting one month.  Over numerous frustrating phone calls and visits to branches, we have discovered someone, somewhere (Abbey) has changed our address on only one part of their system (the part that sends cards out).  I have spent days trying to sort this out and have gained grey hair as  aresult.  Don't bank at Abbey!  Their customer service is shocking and their computer systems are even worse.  Any advice regarding what can be done to sort this out would be welcome.
