I'm just about to apply (got AIP and signing full application tomorrow) so was interested to read about yours and others delays. I read on abbeyforintermediaries.com that they have a service level agreement of 12.5 days for fully completed / supported applications through an intermediary which is what I'm doing so hopefully won't be too bad.
