I think you are in need of specific debt advice which you would be best seeking from:
The CAB (citizens advice bureau) www.citizensadvice.org.uk
CCCS Consumer Credit Counselling Service www.cccs.co.uk
National debtline www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/
You may need to enter an IVA, a dept management plan or even (at worst) go bankrupt.
Make a list of all your debts, the interest rate, how long since you have paid these debts.
Some may be (not the CCJ one) too old (more than 6 years) and can no longer be chased.
You are doing the right thing to seek advice, don't stop, take action by contacting one of the above who all offer free advice.
Good luck with it.
