The escalations intervention and agreement to meet you half way on the bill was due to me.  Please bear in mind that the debt collection holding off is not a permanent solution but somthing which will only be done for one month.  If you can contact talktalk via the phone and request they leave a note on your account with an alternative number, ill see if i can get somone else to call you back again.
