hi i am a landlord and don't want to overcharge my new tennent nor undercharge. the situation is that i have 1 gas supply to my property which has been seperated to accomodate a 1 bedroom flat. the flat has full dbl glazing and all appliances are run on electric inc cooker and shower which i have put a sub card meter in for.

the flat has 5 radiators ( 1 large, 3 med, and 1 small ) i have agreed to put the radiators on for 8 hrs per day 24/7.

i need to know how much consumption will be used and how much i should charge for the usage??????? the bonus of this deal is that when i use the central heating on my side in the winter ( most days ) the tennent will allso get that free. as i only want to charge the tennent for the 8 hrs off usage.

i would greatly appreciate any advise on this matter, as i do not want to loose out nor rip off!! my tennent.
