I have read and heared of many problems with Tiscali and their poor attitude to customers,however today I have been pleasently surprised. I have been with them for 2 years first@ £14.99 the @£12.99 fo 1mb package.On seeing their line inclusive package I applied only to find these were unavailable at my exchange.As price rather than speed was the criteria I had almost decided to go with Plusnet @£9.99, but before doing so I rang Tiscali on 08450 774 488. option 1 to ask when our local exchange would be converted and, if not in the near future, would they offer me a package similar to Plusnet. I was offered and accepted 2mb and free weekend calls for £9.99. During my 2 years with Tiscali the only real problemIhave had was with their Web mail,which although I no longer use, theirs seems to now work O K
