I struggled to get my Sky B/band started. It took 4 mths of constant phoning & total frustration. Their customer service is second to none for complete lack of professionalism & the art of dealing with compleate & utter imbeciles is the only polite way of putting it.. They are constantly apologising for each other if they are not telling lies.
In saying that, when the B/band is running it is very good, but the wireless modem needs resetting quite often.
The hassle of phoning Sky, not only to finally get to speak with someone, but the cost of the calls is astronomical if you are on for a while which is always the case. In comparison are they really as bad as the others...........? I'm not so sure.
