Am now geting replies !  Each one asks for account details as '  I have not quoted them and they cannot answer my query as they cannot find the details '  Hardly surprising as they never connected me !  My replies make it clear it was not a query but a statement of fact to the effect they are/were in Breach of Contract and I will have nothing further to do with them. Luckier than some as I have already stated as was able to stop the first Direct Debit and cancel it for evermore !They were - allegedly - OK according to a friend of mine who changed to cable merely because it was available in his road, but they have obviously gone downhill since being taken over by ( I believe) Tiscali who are also subject to many complaints
