As I was saying (accidentally hit space bar ), he then said they would send the correct CD and ask them to use 1st Class post. It has not arrived, there is a mail strike tomorrow so nothing will be delivered before Monday at the earliest. The 'phone calls lasted for about 1 hour - on an 0845 number - so sent them an email of complaint and warned them if CD not received witbin 24 hours then will not continue. Sent another email today warning them not to extract monies from my account as consider them in breach of contract and am not prepared to continue with them. They have done so !!!! Fortunately the D/D arrived today and my bank accepted instructions given before the close of business to reclaim the monies which they have done. Neither email answered, of course, only an acknowledgement which means nothing.They can sue me if they like but I don't fancy their chances of getting the monies.
