I had terrific problems with Tiscali even though the problems were as a result of their inefficiencies. In the end I had to write to their MD and Customer Services manager. Look on the web for Tiscali problems. I did this and ended up getting a cheque for £20 as a buy off. I don't use them anymore.

After you had all of these contact phone numbers, did you actually get anywhere with Tiscal? I have a problem with them too, like thousnads of other folks, and I am not sure whether to waste any more energy chasing it up ?
