the pop you need is pop.sky.com and smtp.sky.com

supraman, if you haven't already then go to www.skyuser.co.uk and go to email setup......... it's all there........

Thanks for the replies, went to the skyuser web sight and there were the settings. Now my sky email address can be checked by outlook all I need is for the connection not to keep dropping out.....

Go to www.skyuser.co.uk as Jason suggested. There is a goldmine of information on there and the guys on the forum are an excellent help - much better than Sky's inhouse support.

Only I can give you is read the Sky Broadband - anyone got it yet thread and see what they say.

They also mentioned a website called www.skyuser.co.uk which sounds as if it offers advice of this nature.
