    Autoglass repairs

Ok, so i have a chip in my windscreen and want to get it fixed by Autoglass. I'm just wondering if they will come to your place of work to fix it? As much as I love taking days off work, I would rather use my days off for better things.

    Cheers

Simple answer is Yes, they will do the repairs at a place or time (home or work) that is convenient and arranged between you both, although you or someone you authorise, will have to be present with the vehicles keys.

Also a good idea if you have your insurance policy documents with you.

TD -- You just need to give them access into the car that's all, they will let reception at your works know when they have finished the repairs, so you can sign their papers and secure the car again.

lol no it will remain visible, all they do is drill it so the spiderweb type cracks cant travel then fill it with epoxy, as you may know a chip can spread into long cracks that travel all the way across windscreen, once that happens the windscreen must be replaced or you will get a tcket for broken windscreen, the repair is only to stop the cracks from spreading.
