    Re: Buying with 2 friends?

Hi Mr T - Most Lenders allow up to four applicants - but not too many take more than two incomes into consideration.

One Lender that does is the Skipton - and they will assess up to 4 incomes when assessing maximum Lending.

We would be really pleased to advise here an moneysupermarket if you feel that would be helpful. Give us a ring on 0845 345 8705 - or drop me an email with your contact details and I will arrange for one of the mortgage consultants to give you a call. It's always good to talk!

    Re: Buying with 2 friends?

There are plenty of lenders who will do this, sometimes it's a question of knowing how their application forms are set out that gives the clues.

Normally in this circumstance I will do a search for the best rates and then look for the lender nearest the top of the table that can cope, sometimes it takes a few calls, becuase they all have different ways of treating the 3rd and 4 person's incomes.

By all means give me a call, I'll be happy to help if I can
