No offence but I assume as your post hasn't been deleted you are genuine. I was with Metronet until around September of last year when I switched to talktalk because it was so cheap. I found Metronet customer service very good and staffed by informed 'real' people and I said in person that I was sad to be going and in e mail format I think. No idea what you are like now but I just wanted to say that.
