u could of asked your lender for a larger mortage, go c ya lender, and ask then for more money, in most cases they would lend u it

Difficult this one. I doubt many loan companies will give you a loan due to the newness of your address. Credit card companies are more likely to give you some spending money, but only a small balance - that said, they seem to be your best/only option.
