    Re: talk talk cut out.

    Hello freestyle minibus,

That sounds like wither a filtering problem or a line fault known as a "High Open" fault. I would suggest that you call Tech support or pop along to the members forum www.talktalkmembers.com and one of the support guys will be happy to help out.

Rabrees, I would apprciate it if you could remove Victorias phone number from your post as she wont be able to provide help and support to all people who call her also please note that she is out of the office on annual leave so she wont be able to reply to you in the next week or two.

    Thanks

i've also had dreadful problems with talk talk - taking my line rental which resulted in me losing my home phone no. of 15 years.

I was in discussion with [the] CEO's office who had finally agreed to compensate me for the time, loss and inconvenience.

When I enquired today where my cheque was, my e mails were returned to me.

Good luck - She hasn't heard the last of me yet!!

    Re: talk talk cut out.

This Talk Talk company is OUTRAGEOUS.  We ordered the talk talk 3 package on the 12th of MARCH.  I waited 7 weeks for my modem...doesn't work. In trying to sort my Broadband out, that have destroyed my home phone line.  NOw I am without phone or broadband and they keep sending me bills!!!! I have spent the better part of 20 hours ( I am logging them) on the phone with this company since the 23rd of March and it is still not sorted.

    Let other buyers beware.
