Hello there - affordability is certainly the key for Lenders - and if you can prove you can pay the mortgage into retirement, there will be plenty of choice.

Give us a ring if you would like some advice on 0845 345 5705

    Re: New Mortgage

If you can afford it (now and during the term) I can probably get you a mortgage with a number of lenders, by all means contact me if you wish. (via my profile or google my name)

There are plenty of mainstream lenders who have no maximum age or quite a high maximum age and you should ualify for normal interest rates too. Some will only be happy to do repayment mortgages, some will be OK with interest only if you have a plan in place to repay it.

    Plenty of choice though.
