I agree with what you say about Nokias. You ought to look at Lyca, Lebara or Vectone for the service provider though.

I'm trying to organise a bulk purchase of mobiles for our staff during the Olympic period. As an event company, it's something that is a priority but it's taking up so much time reading reviews and researching reliable phones. Basically, I feel that Vodafone or O2 will be the network we use as they will be the most reliable during such a busy traffic period.
Does anyone know of a budget smart phone (less than 80 pounds or there about) that is reliable in terms of great reception? I think also because we will be providing phones for a short period of time to people who will probably already have decent phones, they need to be user friendly. My thought process is to stick with Nokia, because they are generally easy to use and at some stage everyone will have used a Nokia.
