    Yes I am a normal and I am on dependent visa and I never work so far in UK. Thats why i asked this question.I hope I can be eligible for ISA savings

    You can open an ISA if you are "resident and ordinary resident" in the UK for tax purposes. If you are unsure about this, your local tax office will be able to tell you if you qualify.

    The benefits of an ISA over other forms of saving will be limited if you do not earn enough to pay tax.

    Hi

    Can i use cash ISA this year allowance? I did not earn money this year in UK . My husband will give some money to me, I will invest that. I hope I can do that.
