    Write back and advise that they should make enquiries with Lowell (on behalf of Arrow Global), with whom the debt was settled,

    help i had a debt with orange then lowell took it over on behalf of a company called arrow global (sorry cant spell it ) and paid it off about 2 to 3 yrs ago now i have another company chasing me for some of the debt i cant find the orignal letters from lowell but did pay them by direct debit. what do i do?
