Re: Knock back again for bank loan

Hi, thank you for your replying, I haven't missed any payments but slightly gone over my credit limit. I have finally sorted my credit file out and disputed the wrong items. I will try again towards the end of the year and keep any eye on the statements.

Have you written to the credit reference agency and asked them to remove the disputed items ?
Also, with your current cards/loans, have you missed payments ? Or been noted as missing payments ?
If so, check your statements, and check that missed payments have not been falsely logged against your account.
This happend to me, I supplied copies of statements and had offending notices removed.
Also here on the site is a section on repairing your credit report, check it out, it's very helpful.

Knock back again for bank loan

Hi, applied for a bank loan again after the advice from the bank the last time I tried, they said to wait another 3 months which I have done so. I have a poor credit rating and when I first looked into my credit reports was very poor... The reasons where, I had items that did not relate to myself and should not have been listed on my report. Also I was not on electrol roll until this April due to some complication. I have around £5600 with two credit cards, one vanquis the other barclaycard and £2900 overdraft. I am,currently paying each month on average £250 per month. I can easily pay the loan repayment but once again, been knocked back and said to check my credit files. I feel asthough I am going around in circles and cannot see the light

I am wanting to have a least a little spare each month after payday and thought this was the best way. Again, due to applying again this will affect my credit rate. I feel like just paying them what I can to at least have a life after pay day. Can anyone help.
