    Re: Freedom Talk Mobile Broadband

The seller of the Freedom Talk sim card kindly refunded my payment pro-rata. The next stunning deal that I've found is 6 months on T Mobile with unlimited browsing and a ½Gb monthly download limit for £17. I've got the sim card but I've not mananged to get it working yet.

... Further to the above, it's working now. I just needed to set the "APN" (please don't ask me what an "APN" is) and make it the default setting for my dongle. The seller seems confident that it'll last for 6 months. Stunning! I'm unsure of what's a browse and what's a download but I'm up and running with this deal.

    Freedom Talk Mobile Broadband

A little while ago I got a stunning (or so it seemed) deal on a mobile broadband sim card. Using the Three network, I got 6 months connection with a 3Gb monthly limit for under £30 in total. Nearly a week ago, it stopped working and I thought it might just be a local issue with weather or masts or something so I didn't panic. However, today I found that it wont work at another location and, if I try to do anything (like getting full details of the account or submitting a "support ticket") at the Freedom Talk web site, I just get logged out. I'll let these boards know the next time I find a stunning deal....
