    You could go via one of the ambulance chasing personal injury claim companies!!!!

    Been hit, not my fault. Total write off. Witnesses available. BUT My ins. Company isn't claiming for my injuries, i have pain still after whiplash has subsided. Other driver admitted liability too. How do i claim? Never had a bump before.
