BREWERDAVE1:Nothing! Its just been much milder this Winter compared with 2010 and 2011

Agree. I would say that due to the mild winter my bill will be 25% lower than last years very cold winter. Remember that for the 2010/11 winter, it started early December and continued until early March. There were nights when the temp dropped to -10.

BREWERDAVE1:I've had my heating on more than usual the last ten days or so - but compared to the last two Winters my gas usage for heating/hot water is way down - I'm "saving" £££s against the notional budget for utilities.

Hello BREWERDAVE1, it's good news actually, would you please share that what you have done exactly?

I have had my heating on more than usual and will manage to pay for it this time. Have cut down on my food bill to compensate by buying mainly food reduced and cooking in bulk to freeze.
