from digital canvas printing
I would definetly not recommend the above mentioned company. I found an offer through KGB Deals where I could get a lovely canvas printed for a very low price of about £8.50. I thought its probably legitamate as its going through KGB but wont hurt to do some research. Their website said 20 years experience, we use this and that amazing materials, fast delivery etc etc. So, I thought at £8.50 its a bargain il order.
I then found I had to pay nearly £7 for p&p +VAT which I was not told about until after I had fussed with uploading / resizing / choosing all kinds of options and extras i could have on my canvas. I was a little annoyed but thought that I was still saving a lot for what a lot of other companies charge.I thought great xmas gift for the other half-perfect! So I made my order and was sent a recipt via email on 20th November 2011, I thought that is plenty of time especially as the postage I paid was apparently going to have it delivered to me within 2-5 days. Oh how I was so so wrong. It is now the 29th January 2012 and STILL NO CANVAS!
I left it and left it, thinking well it is bound to be busy around xmas, I wasnt bothered it wasnt with me within the 2-5 days I just wanted it before xmas. I think it was the first week of December I looked on their website to see if there was anyway of tracking my order or maybe there was something put on about xmas deliveries-NOTHING. I had then forgotten about it because of the run up to xmas and I run my own business so I was caught up with that. 17th December I look on their website for a contact telephone number as I felt it was cutting things quite close as im starting to wrap up presents. There is now a message on the website. It effectively said due to the KGB deal there has been a very high amount of canvases in demand which has caused delays. We are working hard to get them out asap and all should be delivered in week commencing 19 Dec. I wrote them an email-il admit it was sarcastic but just wanted to know that it was definetly going to be delivered by then and I asked for my postage fee back. I had no response.
So I was a little annoyed but still thought 'as long as its here for xmas'. Christmas came and went. I tried phoning numerous times but it went straight to answerphone where a voicemail from a very timid sounding man effectively said 'errm, sorry for the delay, errm there was a high demand, errm then a really nast bug went through the workforce, errm the remaining canvases will be delivered by the new year' I was really annoyed now but thought, well Il give it to my partner for his birthday on 20th January instead. New year came and went-no canvas. I called a few times in the first week of Jan and the same voicemail was still there!! I gave up. My partners birthday came and went with no canvas and today I looked on their website-the message had been removed (obviously they dont want their new customers to know what a poor service they offer) so I call-It says 'call us anytime' It goes straight to answerphone as usual and there is a generic message of 'welcome...please leave a message or email us.' Im really really annoyed now so I email them to contact me with an explanation early tomorrow leaving my order number and date i ordered. I get an automatic reply....(my order number is in the late 3000's by the way.

Firstly, thanks for all of your orders...
We are now up to date BUT have recently discovered that approximately 200-300 orders have been dumped in a Spam folder.
These are are in the 4000's and some late 3000's (order numbers), we are currently doing these and expect them to be finished and with you by 20th January 2012. Our apologies on this one, we are attempting to clear this as soon as possible, we understand that they are already massively delayed. Any other order numbers - ie early 3000's and 2000's that have not been delivered to you please re email us and we will get back to you.

'with you by 20th January 2012' it is 29th January!!!!! I am absolutely enraged by this email so I email back and only say to contact me by 10am tomorrow with an explanation (i dont see that as unreasonable?) If they dont, I shall call them at 10am and I cannot wait :) I will post what happends tomorrow and until this is resolved. God knows what state the canvas is going to be in IF it ever shows up!! Would be good to know other peoples experiences of this company, apparently its 4000+ that were supposed to be delivered before xmas...
