Has anyone else had issues with dabs

I recently used dabs.com and the service they gave me was absolutely awful! dabs.com is especially the ebay store the tv they sent me was a complete mess all over the shop as you can see from the pictures not what i expected from a internet store. DABS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.

I tried to google dabs owner because i wanted to complain straight to him. but google dabs owner.

I think in the financial climate we are in we should at least expect go service but it has been so awful from dabs.com from start to finish trying to get a refund from dabs now taking ages.
