Hi everyone. This is my first post so hello and happy new year.

Without boring you all with the three bears i am 22 months into a 24 month contract and in 2010 my first blackberry stopped working and was sent off for “repair”, a brand new replacement was sent back and the speaker wasent working so it was sent off again.

I have had various replacements and all have developed different faults, mostly hardware and over Christmas my 5th blackberry died, was sent off and yesterday I received my 6th blackberry. Low and behold the camera dosent work, blackscreen with the loading logo that crashes the phone.

Now I have already had a run in with their staff in one shop as whenever they gave me a loaner phone whilst mine were being repaired they were broken too, charger wouldent connect etc when I tried to be nice about the situation the member of staff laughed saying its technology and technology brakes. So all in all I have had about 10 broken blackberry and loan phones whilst they get repaired.

I am currently waiting for a manager to get back to me about broken blackberry number 6 but realistically what are my options / rights? I suggested to the lad on the phone that I would be happy if my contract could be paid off as its taking the mick with the lost contract time ive had waiting for repairs on their 1980’s phones and all the travelling to the shops but he said they wont do that
