Hi everyone,

I didn’t want the festive season to pass without a huge thank you from me to you for all your questions, answers, posts, queries, groans and general excellent humour in 2011.

It’s been another tough economic year for many. Fuel costs, rising energy bills and food prices, continuing economic instability, low savings returns and turbulent stock markets have all stretched our household finances.

2012 looks like it will be another tough one - and even tougher for some of us - but Clare and her team will be on hand to help you make savings on your household bills and to maximise your finances.

The last mention – and extra special thanks – must go to our wonderful Community Experts – you really are the true stars of this community. We are blessed in having each and every one of you posting your common sense, helpful advice and wise opinions. So my personal thanks go to each and everyone one of you for your patience, kindness, humour and continued support. Thank you.
