    Re: Claims Management.

Any Claims Management Company that are as good as they claim to be and can get back what they say they can get back will have no issue what so ever with taking any fee they charge out of the reward and compensation issued by the court. If it is a no brainer then they can rasie the costs to meet their own needs, even if it costs you 25% of your eventual payout.

Any company that says it needs upfront costs paying for it has serious doubts about what it can achieve and therefore should never be used. Several CMC's have come and gone in this fashion, and one of the companies was cartel that took over £80 million of customers money on a no win no fee basis and yet director (Carl Wright) suddenly disappeared with £20 million claiming it was needed to cover costs....yet somehow he was able to buy his beautiful Cheshire house for £750,000 cash and when the company did crash it was indenified to ensure that he held no loss what so ever...only the investors (the public)

Until true legislation comes into force regarding these companies and the puppet ministry (Ministry of Justice) is removed these companies are going to keep taking full advantage of the unsuspecting public

Place the words 'consortium reclaim reviews' into google.

You would seriously require a sanity review if you were to deal with them after reading comments from people who have.

    Claims Management.

Has anyone had any experience of a compnay called Consortium Reclaim?

"Consortium Reclaim is an authorised claims management firm, specialising in claims against unfair and unenforceable financial agreements and we act on your behalf to determine if your lender has complied with the strict requirements of the Consumer Credit Act.

I have received a cold call from them recently. I would love to hear from anyone who has delt with this company and if they really helped you.
