    Re: How do I know?

How did you sign up? If it was that you just moved into the property where Npower already supplies or you rang up and asked to be supplied, then unless a tariff was discussed then, it would just be standard. Go Fix 11 is the cheapest in most cases. Fixed prices until 21/5/11, standing charge but it's pretty easy to save on this just by using 6-8 units per day.

Edit: With this tariff, you need to pay by direct debit, if you'd prefer to pay by Receipt of Bill, then Billsaver May 2013 is the best.

How do I know how much we pay for kW/h and what tariff we are on?

Look at your latest bill. It should be there. If it isn't, you will need to phone up your supplier and shout at them.

    How do I know?

    Hi there,

I've got an Home energy monitor and I've been setting it up. I want to make sure the prices are right on it and the tariff. How do I know how much we pay for kW/h and what tariff we are on?

    Thanks,
    Paul
