I'm disgusted with company's who refuse to honour vouchers which have been paid for in cash, but may have passed their "use by" date.

To me this is simply a method for company's to rip off customers - effectively taking cash without providing any service (Can credit card chargebacks be made in such an instance??). Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire has decided to fleece me for £100 in such an instance. I would suggest to all of you who are looking to buy vouchers as a gift.....DON'T.
