    Have a look at LycaMobile. I believe you need to top up to get the free calls to others on Lyca. Normal calls cost a fraction of what the big providers charge. PAYG accounts can be monitored online but I do not think a single billing account will be possible without going for something expensive. LebaraMobile offer something similar.

    Hi we have four phones in our family (2 monthly and 2 PAYG) and all are out of contract. I would like to get a new deal preferably with one supplier with free calls between the 4 numbers and if possible a single billing account - does such a thing exist? What are the best options (with good network coverage) currently available. Thanks
