Am so annoyed with myself. I bought some uggs from this site but they never even got delivered. I always meant to investigate but never got round to it. This was about 18 months ago. I've probably left it too long now.

Zeb is right - you should be able to get your money back under the charge back scheme if you paid by credit card.

Unfortunately most of the people that have a relevant need to know this information will most likely read this after losing money but this post was placed last year naming "just a few" of the fake sites for Ugg Boots.

Sorry to hear you were the victim of a scam - unfortunately there are plenty of scams sites like this out there and Ugg is one of the brands that you'll often find counterfeit goods of. Even though you're unlikely to be able to get your money back, it's really important to report it. Action Fraud is the UK's fraud reporting centre - they collect fraud reports on behalf of the police and you get a crime reference number when you report it.

The site also has useful info about these kinds of scams:

Re: DO NOT BUY AS THEY ONLY SELL FAKES -www.uggofficialonline.com

I would be almost certain that you thought you were getting bargain on the price when you bought these boots. Unfortunately for most, this website along with many many more have been constantly proven to sell fake goods and as such your best bet to get your money back is probably going to be a lucky punt at 25/1 at Ascot.

If paid by credit card you may have some kind of protection through Section 75 which may offer you the chance of a refund (speak to your credit card provider, or wait for a clearer answer on here) but I do think that unfortunately you may have paid the price for looking for a bargain and not shopping for the genuine article through branded stores

DO NOT BUY AS THEY ONLY SELL FAKES -www.uggofficialonline.com

I puchased what I thought were orginial Ugg boots until they were delivered as they had no marking and the stiching was coming undone. So I contacted them via email requesting for a full refund but they declined, so I then decided to email them again and informed them that I will be contacting trading standards.

It had been a few weeks and they never responded back so I emailed them again and now it seems they have blocked my email address. I am furious as them for taking my money and sending me badly made boots that you would not pay a penny for so I was wondering if any one had advice on how to retrieve my money back!!

Also I wanted everyone out there to know who they are so please keep the email address above in mind.

    Thanks
