    Well said!. A very reasoned letter to Think Bank. Keep up the pressure on the Data Commissioner issue. If you eventually have to go to the Financial Ombudsman, you will find them very helpful. I recently gained substantial compensation through them on behalf of my mother who had been missold a so-called 'Investment Bond' by another institution.

    We should all be very suspicious about Premium Current Accounts, where you pay a sizeable fee in exchange for pretty much worthless benefits. If you end up getting a decent service, this is only the sort of service you would have got for free years ago. Maybe you get to speak to someone in your branch rather than some clown in a call centre. Good stuff, but not worth paying extra for!

    This issue has been resolved, and think banking to be honest were excellant in there response. With much thanks to Ian Willaims for passing my email on and Stell fron Customer Care for resolving this matter to my complete satisfaction.
