    Don't know if this will help but - I've had loads of problems with Verified by Visa over the last year or so when using Firefox as my browser. I've found that it works OK if I use Internet Explorer.
    .Its something to do with the way Firefox handles 3rd party cookies in default settings.

    Has anyone else experienced problems with the new Verified by Visa system now used by Barclays when making debit card payments on-line? Instead of asking for digits from a password, it either lets you straight through or asks you to answer 3 security questions, with answers to be selected from drop down boxes.

    The only problem is I cannot open the drop down boxes! I was told by Barclays to install the latest version of Flash but this has not helped. 3 days after the start of the problem I can use my debit card for small amounts but not larger amounts. Barclays staff seem to have no clue what else to advise me.

    Does anyone know a solution to this or been given different advice by Barclays?
