    Someone said if you turn the house upside down, whatever falls is contents, whatever stays fixed is buildings. So on this premise, the claim was Buildings.

    Hi, Last year I made a Home Emergency claim for a broken lock. Sash jammers were fitted by the emergency locksmith. I am trying to get new quotes and I'm not sure what this claim counts as? Is it Buildings or Contents and how do I calculate the value. Does it affect no claims on either? Thanks
