    forgot to add the charge was on bill dated 4 days before court date got bill 3 months after court date

    edf energy was taking me to court but paid bill at last minute so no court was attended and now they have put on my bill

    <warrant obtained to enable access to metering equipment due to non pay>

    and charged me 50 quid

    should i paid it as no warrant was obtained
