I had cash back account not just with simple 3g I had it with different companys they never give you full cash back they make you call them in this case you will spend more money than the cash you claiming back.

I got my 1st cheque back after ringing for it to be reissued twice.

My second cheque I have asked to be re-issued but as yet still not rec'd.

When I call to chase it now the lines are saying they are closed & to see their website for the business opening hours.

I have sent them an e-mail with a 24 hour turna arround time, but a week on I have not heard anything.

My partner was a day late returneding her bill due to a family death & she phoned & sent a covering letter, but to no avail. She also had to call twice to get them to re-issue her 1st cheque which she did receive.

We are both waiting the last 2 cheques and are not sure whether to return the last 2 bills for the final cheque. I presume they may have gone bust, does anyone know?

Coming into this much later that the original notices but just backing up a beware as I didnt receive one of my bills so let Simply 3g know who said to contact service provider who sent me a copy.  When I submitted this along with my 5 other bills Simply 3g refused to pay back ANY of my line rental as my bill copy "did not comply".  I have now contacted the service provider who have said there is no reason they shouldnt accept a copy so still trying but the customer services are really unhelpful and quite honestly dont seem to care at all!!

Make sure you do everything as per their instructions to the letter and keep proof that you have done it. I'll ask the Mrs when I see her as she dealt with them in the end,if she remembers any tips on dealing with this company.Any more info I'll let you know.

Got phone from Simply 3G a few years ago, got some cashback but not all of it, I think I didn't get the last quarter on a 12 month contract.

I signed with simply 3g a while ago, trusting that the cashback would work out okay. Has anyone else had anything?
