    Hi Mike,

    I claimed my travel insurance when I required medical treatment in Tenerife around 6 years ago.

    I did have and EHIC and travel insurance.

    The BBC are looking for TWO case studies for a pre-record TV interview for BBC Breakfast.

    They are looking to speak to someone who has been on holiday to Europe and had to have medical treatment. The two versions of the case study are:

    a) someone who had to have treatment but DIDN'T have an European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or travel insurance

    b) someone who had to have treatment and DID have an EHIC/travel insurance
