I travelled back from Agadir in Morocco on Easyjet flight on the 24th of May 2011. The flight ws delayed by 5 hours and twenty minuates, entitling each passenger Euros 400.00. I contacted Easyjet and launced a claim. Easyjet are now denying responsibility and say as this was a technical fault, it is treated as 'Extraordinary Circumstances'. I have sent them 4 e-mails and on the lasttttttttt, threatened them with taking them to small courts but have heard nothing since. Would it be worth my while taking such action? I would be very grateful if you would advise me on this.
