    You could maybe try Trading Standards, but these Cash Back's are so tight on the T&C's... If you don't keep completely to the contract they won't pay out. :(

    Is there any regulatory authority to complain about the cash back claims atrocities? Mobile outlet has told me that i can not claim any of the whole year's cash back saying that I haven't claimed the first one properly.How ridiculous it is?

    Could you please help me out.
