Did you pay the deposit to Audi UK and was the balance dependent upon a finance deal being arranged through Audi.?

If so; and providing the car build has not yet started, you are entitled to the return of the deposit should the finance deal not proceed for any reason. If this is the case and they continue to refuse your refund, you would be advised to seek help from your local trading standards department.

I paid a deposit to Audi back in November for a car that is being built in 3 weeks time..... I paid it online through their automated payment service so have no paperwork for this deposit - only a PDF to say thanks.

I have now recieved a work car so want to cancel this scheduled build as I no longer need the car, but they have said they cannot refund me my deposit as the car has been ordered, although it is has not even been built in Germany yet.....Where do I stand on getting my deposit back?

Any help would be grately appreciated!
