Hi I cannot find any comprehensive information about this company's service.

Their policy certainly seems attractive - fixed premium irrespective of pets age and your location; payout up to 10k each year regardless of claim number or conditions; comparable monthly premium; no discernible small print in the information they provide directly from their website.

However, there are very few consumer reviews about this company. Those few that do exist are all too positive-consistently 5 stars. Furthermore these reviews do not comment on the result of any claims.

I do know that they are underwritten by the documented dodgy travel insurance company based in Ireland. This area of insurance is crazily complex!!

Does anyone know anything about them, has insured with them etc?
