    Re: car finance

needs a new clutch, new sump tray and oil filter ect. Needs new caliper discs and tyres also the engine will not start when warm and mazda say that there is nothing wrong with the car when there is! The car is only worth £3500 at market price, so i'm not willing to pay £2000 for repairs, im just going to give the car back!

    Re: car finance

I doubt very much if Citizens advice can offer you anything that you are going to want to hear.

You took on a car of uyour choice on a finance agreement of your choice and you have had no argument over the finance what so ever and you have not even said that this is the problem. You have strongly suggested you cannot afford the repairs to the car and not the finance on the car.

I hate to say it but if you bought a duff car you are most likely going to be stuck with it or at least stuck with the finance for the car.

I am still miffed as to how you have got £2,000 (25% of the cars value) in repairs when you had a warranty until recently. If it was not covered by the warranty why did you not get it seen to when the damage/breakdown occured. I seem to remember you saying that "guted now tho cs i love ma car "

    Re: car finance

How the heck do you end up with a car that after 12 months requires £2,000 (30% of its value) worth of repairs???
