Hello customer services I spotted that you doing against me for money lauding. Let me tell you I am not a criminal and I wish to take it further for you making these allegations against my credit file from your credit references. I have a look at that file and I wish to appeal and or asked them to remove that word from my credit file. I have a good credit rating and also a excellent payment on time on my bills and others.

Mistakes happen.

You should first ask White Eagle to correct things then, if they don't, you can contact the credit reference agencies, stating that the records are inaccurate (with supporting statements) and ask them to put the records right. The third step would be to write an explanatory note and ask the credit reference agencies to add it to your records.

Alternatively, if you are not going to be wanting any new credit, you could leave things as they are.

If you do have credit cards, you should compare the costs as it is usually cheaper to use those than pre-paid cards.

Do all users have a white eagle pre paid credit card if so please beware that their is a problem with them I done a credit reference on myself and their put down i was doing money laurding which is complete false. I email to white eagle customer services asking them I wasnt doing money laurding. I have a track record with my bank (excellent) and four credit companies offer me credit cards (approaching and web search). Do you have the same problem with white eagle? Iain
