Mistakes happen.
You should first ask White Eagle to correct things then, if they don't, you can contact the credit reference agencies, stating that the records are inaccurate (with supporting statements) and ask them to put the records right. The third step would be to write an explanatory note and ask the credit reference agencies to add it to your records.
Alternatively, if you are not going to be wanting any new credit, you could leave things as they are.
If you do have credit cards, you should compare the costs as it is usually cheaper to use those than pre-paid cards.
