In a nutshell.....
I moved home in June but Talk Talk were unable to supply me with a phone line therefore regretably went back to BT. I then took up the matter with cutomer services and with held the final payment.
Between then and now, I have been told on 3 occasions that they have closed my account since moving but infact they havn't, and I'm still being billed for it. I have no fewer than 15 emails over the last 5 months from communications with customer services who have acknowledged my problem. They finally conformed that I owe £65.02 from May and June of this year.
I'm now receiving debt collector letters saying I owe £130 +. I'm still being billed for an account that they havn't closed. A phone call to customer services at the beginning of this month revealed my account still active and a further call the back end of last week, the same, and a promise it would be sorted. Today I receive a letter from the solicitors.
I don't know where to go next, everytime I talk to customer services it's like communicating with a brick wall. Most of my emails end with the line "our financial team will look into it......" In addition, I am unable to log into the TalkTalk members forum.
